Description

PP T4401 is produced at Dushanzi Petrochemical Company's 550,000-ton-per-year polypropylene plant in Xinjiang using the Innovene gas-phase horizontal stirred-bed process. Polymerization-grade propylene serves as the base monomer, ethylene as the comonomer, and hydrogen as the molecular weight regulator. The polymerization proceeds under a Ziegler-Natta catalyst system, followed by degassing, compounding, and pelletizing into natural-color pellets.
