Description

TF1007 is manufactured at Dushanzi Petrochemical's 550,000 t/year polypropylene plant in Xinjiang using the Innovene gas-phase horizontal stirred-bed process. The production route uses polymerization-grade propylene as the primary feedstock, with ethylene and 1-butene introduced as comonomers. Hydrogen serves as the molecular weight regulator, and a high-efficiency Ziegler-Natta catalyst system drives the polymerization. After polymerization, the resin passes through degassing, melt-compounding, strand pelletizing, and packaging — delivering a uniform, low-contamination pellet suitable for high-speed cast film lines.
