Applications
Blown PE and PP film. Blown film that leaves the die and collapses on itself blocks easily, and the problem surfaces later at the unwinder. MKS101 separates the layers so rolls open cleanly, while reduced friction keeps the web tracking through nip rolls and winders at production speed.
Multilayer co-extruded packaging film. Co-extruded structures place slip and anti-block only where they belong — typically the outer skin layers — so the core keeps its barrier and seal properties intact. MKS101's dispersion behavior matters here because skin layers are thin, and an undispersed anti-block particle in a 3-micron skin is a visible defect rather than a buried one.
Cast PE and PP film. Cast lines run fast and demand consistent web handling. Low COF gives the film stable movement across chill rolls and downstream conveying, and the low crystal point count preserves the optical clarity that cast film is usually chosen for.
Biaxially oriented polyethylene film. BOPE stretching amplifies any inclusion in the melt, so particle size control in the anti-block package directly determines whether the stretched film stays clear. MKS101's controlled opening agent particle size targets exactly that constraint.
Across all four processes, FDA and GB compliance keeps MKS101 usable in food packaging film without a separate regulatory workaround — a practical requirement for converters supplying food and consumer goods brands.
Why Choose BASTONE
BASTONE manufactures MKS101 at its own Hangzhou production facility, not through a contract compounder. Formulation, raw material selection, compounding, and batch testing all sit inside the group, so a specification question about active agent type or particle size gets answered by the people who set those parameters rather than passed up a supply chain. The group runs 4 production sites and 1 R&D center from its Hangzhou Economic Development Zone headquarters.
R&D depth changes what a supplier can do when a grade does not fit. Converters running unusual film structures, tight optical requirements, or specific ink and heat-seal systems often need dosage adjustment or a modified formulation rather than a different product code. BASTONE's R&D center handles that work in-house, which is the practical difference between buying from a manufacturer and buying from a trading house holding stock.
Buying direct removes the layer of markup that sits between a compounder and an export buyer. BASTONE sells MKS101 at manufacturer pricing through its own export platform, Zhejiang Bastone Technology Co., Ltd., with more than 10 years of export documentation and logistics experience behind it. Trade terms, packaging format, and shipping arrangements adapt to what the buyer's operation and destination port require.
