Description

INEOS GP-35 operates as a highly fluid ABS resin engineered to solve flow-length-to-wall ratio challenges in injection molding processes. Formulators and production engineers select the grade when designing intricate molds with thin walls that require rapid cavity filling. A Melt Volume Rate of 34 cm³/10 min (tested at 220 °C/10 kg) allows the polymer melt to distribute evenly without demanding excessive injection pressures or causing shear degradation.

High flowability often forces a compromise on mechanical integrity in standard polymers, but INEOS GP-35 maintains strict structural performance. The resin delivers a Tensile Modulus of 2300 MPa and a Flexural Strength of 65 MPa, ensuring molded parts retain their rigidity under physical load.
