For nonwoven converters running continuous spunbond lines, consistent MFR is the primary parameter governing fiber diameter uniformity and line speed stability.<\/p>\n<p>Tensile strength at yield reaches 34.0 MPa and the flexural modulus is 1.32 GPa, giving the solidified fiber structure enough mechanical integrity to survive downstream converting operations such as needlepunching, spunlace bonding, or fabric slitting without distortion. Izod impact strength at 23\u00b0C measures 18.6 J\/m, indicating adequate toughness for in-plant handling during fiber formation and winding.<\/p>\n<p>The yellow index of -3.9 reflects a slight blue-white optical cast in the natural resin. For undyed or white nonwovens \u2014 medical coverstock, hygiene materials, agricultural fabric \u2014 base polymer color affects end-product appearance directly, and a negative yellow index is preferable to a warm-toned resin. Ash content of 0.0136% demonstrates efficient catalyst removal during production. Low ash matters in fiber spinning because residual catalyst ash accumulates in spinnerets over extended runs, causing pressure buildup, reduced throughput, and increased pack-change frequency.<\/p>\n<p>BASTONE sources S2040 through its distribution network spanning China&#8217;s top three petrochemical producers.
