High molecular weight HDPE ensures smooth processing through the extruder die while maintaining high melt strength.

Mechanical integrity defines the end-use performance of DGDX-6095H. Tensile yield stress exceeds 21 MPa, providing initial resistance to deformation under load. Tensile stress at break reaches at least 35 MPa, giving the final plastic product high ultimate strength. Elongation capabilities remain high, with a tensile strain at break of ≥600%, allowing the film to stretch significantly before structural failure occurs.
