El \u00edndice de fluidez en estado fundido establece la ventana de moldeo. La temperatura de reblandecimiento Vicat establece el l\u00edmite superior de temperatura de servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Izod con entalla te dice si la pieza sobrevive a la manipulaci\u00f3n, y el \u00edndice de refracci\u00f3n te dice si la claridad se percibe como similar al vidrio. Todo lo dem\u00e1s en la hoja es decoraci\u00f3n para la mayor\u00eda de las decisiones de compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El poliestireno de uso general es el homopol\u00edmero de estireno amorfo que domina el moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n de envases transparentes, cosm\u00e9ticos y desechables. La forma m\u00e1s barata de fallar al especificarlo es leer su lista de propiedades como adjetivos en lugar de como ventanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 es el poliestireno de uso general<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El GPPS es el homopol\u00edmero lineal y amorfo del mon\u00f3mero de estireno, fabricado mediante polimerizaci\u00f3n en suspensi\u00f3n o en masa continua. No hay fase de caucho, ni bloque de copol\u00edmero, ni modificador de impacto. El calificativo \u201cde uso general\u201d significa exactamente eso: no se ha introducido ninguna morfolog\u00eda de segunda fase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tres consecuencias se derivan de la estructura amorfa de una sola fase. Las cadenas se empaquetan de forma suelta sin cristalinidad, por lo que la densidad se sit\u00faa en 1.04-1.06 g\/cm\u00b3 y el \u00edndice de refracci\u00f3n alcanza ~1.59 \u2014 transparente como el vidrio en secciones delgadas. La transici\u00f3n v\u00edtrea se sit\u00faa a 95-100\u00b0C con el inicio de la degradaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica cerca de 300\u00b0C, lo que proporciona una amplia ventana de procesamiento por inyecci\u00f3n de 200-240\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ausencia de una segunda fase gomosa significa que la propagaci\u00f3n de grietas no tiene nada que la detenga. Esa es la raz\u00f3n principal por la que el material es fr\u00e1gil. El resto de la hoja de especificaciones es \u00fatil para el trabajo de elementos finitos, pero irrelevante en el momento de la cotizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>MFI (ASTM D1238, 200\u00b0C \/ 5 kg)<\/strong>: los grados est\u00e1ndar se sit\u00faan en 5-10 g\/10min, los de alto flujo en 20-34 g\/10min. El MFI establece la ventana de moldeo y el c\u00e1lculo del tiempo de ciclo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reblandecimiento Vicat (ASTM D1525, M\u00e9todo A50)<\/strong>: 95-105\u00b0C en toda la familia. Cualquier cosa que vea autoclave, lavavajillas o llenado en caliente est\u00e1 fuera de alcance, punto final.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Entalla Izod<\/strong>: 15-25 J\/m. Adecuado para piezas est\u00e1ticas en un estante, marginal para piezas que se caen, incorrecto para piezas bajo impacto repetido.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00cdndice de refracci\u00f3n 1.59 \/ transmisi\u00f3n de luz &gt;88%<\/strong>: la firma \u00f3ptica que coloca al GPPS en envases cosm\u00e9ticos, cubiertos transparentes y tapas de envases transparentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las especificaciones secundarias t\u00edpicamente incluyen resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n en el punto de fluencia de 40-55 MPa (ASTM D638), m\u00f3dulo de tracci\u00f3n de 3.0-3.3 GPa, m\u00f3dulo de flexi\u00f3n de 3.2-3.5 GPa, elongaci\u00f3n a la rotura de 1-3%, y HDT de 90\u00b0C a 1.82 MPa. Estos n\u00fameros confirman la consistencia lote a lote m\u00e1s que impulsar la selecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo se diferencia el GPPS del HIPS a nivel de pol\u00edmero<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El HIPS es GPPS con 5-10% de caucho de polibutadieno injertado en la cadena principal de poliestireno durante la polimerizaci\u00f3n. El caucho no se disuelve en una mezcla homog\u00e9nea \u2014 forma part\u00edculas discretas dispersas en una matriz continua de poliestireno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La misma l\u00f3gica de arquitectura de cadena a hoja de especificaciones gobierna la <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/what-is-copolymer-polypropylene\/\">divisi\u00f3n homopol\u00edmero vs. copol\u00edmero en polipropileno<\/a>, donde agregar un segundo mon\u00f3mero remodela el comportamiento al impacto de la misma manera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dos consecuencias se derivan de la morfolog\u00eda de dos fases. Las part\u00edculas de caucho son m\u00e1s grandes que la longitud de onda de la luz visible, por lo que dispersan la luz incidente \u2014 el HIPS se vuelve transl\u00facido mientras que el GPPS alcanza &gt;88% de transmisi\u00f3n de luz. Las part\u00edculas tambi\u00e9n se deforman bajo tensi\u00f3n y detienen la propagaci\u00f3n de grietas, elevando el Izod con entalla de los 15-25 J\/m del GPPS a aproximadamente 50-100 J\/m en el HIPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El intercambio es binario a nivel de pol\u00edmero. No existe un \u201cGPPS algo m\u00e1s resistente\u201d o un \u201cHIPS algo m\u00e1s transparente\u201d \u2014 estos son materiales estructuralmente diferentes. Los grados de flujo medio de la clase 500NT cubren la inyecci\u00f3n general. <a href=\"\/es\/product\/stl-gpps-535\/\">STL-525 y STL-535<\/a> se sit\u00faan en el extremo de alto flujo para aplicaciones de pared delgada y ciclo alto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La misma l\u00f3gica de banda de MFI a aplicaci\u00f3n impulsa <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/decide-between-three-main-grades-polypropylene-resin\/\">los tres ejes principales de decisi\u00f3n de grado en la resina de polipropileno<\/a>, donde el MFI, la densidad y el comportamiento al impacto dividen esa familia en nichos de homopol\u00edmero, copol\u00edmero aleatorio y copol\u00edmero de impacto. Los envases primarios cosm\u00e9ticos, las cajas para joyas, los cubiertos desechables, los recipientes transparentes para alimentos, los difusores de iluminaci\u00f3n, los revestimientos interiores de refrigeradores y los desechables de laboratorio juegan a favor de la amplitud del MFI y el \u00edndice de refracci\u00f3n de 1.59 del GPPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los grados de alto flujo de la clase STL dominan la inyecci\u00f3n de pared delgada para envases transparentes de alimentos porque la amplia ventana de procesamiento permite tiempos de ciclo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos que los resinas transparentes competidoras. Esa ventaja de costo estructural sobrevive incluso cuando <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/what-is-clear-polypropylene\/\">el polipropileno clarificado llega al mismo territorio de envases transparentes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El GPPS pierde en tres frentes. Donde la pieza experimenta carga mec\u00e1nica o impacto repetidos, el Izod con entalla de 15-25 J\/m falla r\u00e1pidamente \u2014 la conversaci\u00f3n pasa a HIPS para piezas transl\u00facidas o ABS para piezas estructurales opacas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donde la temperatura de servicio supera el l\u00edmite de 95\u00b0C de Vicat, la pieza se deforma, por lo que las aplicaciones de autoclave, lavavajillas y llenado en caliente necesitan PP, PET o policarbonato. Donde la pieza recibe un golpe y una especificaci\u00f3n de claridad al mismo tiempo, ni el GPPS ni el HIPS satisfacen ambos \u2014 el dise\u00f1o pasa a PETG o policarbonato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GPPS es la opci\u00f3n correcta cuando la tarea es una carga est\u00e1tica de un solo uso con una prima de claridad. Lea el rango de MFI como una decisi\u00f3n de ventana de moldeo, el Vicat como un techo de temperatura de servicio, el Izod como un n\u00famero de supervivencia al manejo, y el \u00edndice de refracci\u00f3n como un objetivo de equivalencia al vidrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La resina luego se asigna a las aplicaciones de manera limpia y el c\u00f3digo de grado en una cotizaci\u00f3n le dice el resto.
