El polipropileno claro no es una familia de grado separada. Son dos decisiones superpuestas sobre un pol\u00edmero b\u00e1sico: una resina base de copol\u00edmero aleatorio m\u00e1s un aditivo clarificador agente nucleante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un comprador que especifica solo \u201cPP transparente\u201d ha subespecificado la pieza. Tanto la arquitectura de la cadena como el paquete de aditivos se reflejan en el valor final de turbidez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 el PP normal se ve turbio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"\/es\/product-category\/synthetic-resin\/pp\/\">Polipropileno industrial<\/a> presenta una cristalinidad del 30-60%. Las regiones cristalinas son lo suficientemente grandes como para dispersar la luz visible, lo que le da a un contenedor est\u00e1ndar de homopol\u00edmero su apariencia transl\u00facida a lechosa. La fracci\u00f3n amorfa del PP es transparente por s\u00ed misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El problema real es la microestructura de esferulita que se forma cuando el PP se enfr\u00eda desde el fundido. Las esferulitas en el PP no tratado crecen en el rango de 1-10 micras, muy por encima de la banda de longitud de onda de 400-700 nm de la luz visible. Son caballos de batalla para tapas, cierres y aplicaciones tejidas donde la claridad \u00f3ptica no es el objetivo. Para obtener transparencia, una formulaci\u00f3n de PP claro debe hacer dos cosas a la vez: reducir la cristalinidad total y reducir cualquier cristalito que se forme por debajo del umbral de dispersi\u00f3n de luz visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 hace que el polipropileno sea claro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El polipropileno claro es el resultado de apilar una <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/what-is-copolymer-polypropylene\/\">resina base de copol\u00edmero aleatorio<\/a> Resina base (RCP) con un aditivo clarificador derivado de sorbitol. Cambie cualquiera de las dos palancas y el resultado \u00f3ptico cambia con ello. Cada palanca cumple una funci\u00f3n diferente, y el orden de las operaciones importa al leer la hoja de datos de un transformador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Palanca 1 \u2014 Resina Base de Copol\u00edmero Aleatorio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La copolimerizaci\u00f3n aleatoria inserta una peque\u00f1a fracci\u00f3n de unidades de etileno (t\u00edpicamente hasta aproximadamente el 6%) a lo largo de la cadena principal de propileno. Las inserciones de etileno interrumpen la h\u00e9lice regular que el PP quiere formar. El copol\u00edmero de bloque (o de impacto) es la elecci\u00f3n incorrecta: su fase de caucho en realidad agrega opacidad. Es por eso que el PP de grado impacto aparece en carcasas de bater\u00edas y parachoques de autom\u00f3viles, no en tarrinas transparentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Palanca 2 \u2014 Agente Nucleante Clarificador<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un clarificador se disuelve en el PP fundido durante la mezcla y precipita al enfriarse. Forma una red de nucleaci\u00f3n fibrosa densa. Millad NX 8000 es el clarificador derivado de sorbitol can\u00f3nico en esta clase. El mismo mecanismo se aplica a todos los clarificadores en esa familia qu\u00edmica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 ofrecen las dos palancas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una placa de prueba de 2 mm de espesor de PP aleatorio con un clarificador de clase Millad NX 8000 muestra alrededor del 7% de turbidez. Una placa de 1 mm del mismo compuesto muestra alrededor del 2% de turbidez. El espesor de la pared es el multiplicador: cuanto m\u00e1s delgada es la pieza, m\u00e1s cerca del vidrio transparente se ve la misma resina + paquete de aditivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00f3nde se sit\u00faa el PP clarificado en el espectro \u00f3ptico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El PP clarificado es m\u00e1s transparente que el PP natural y m\u00e1s turbio que el PET o el poliestireno. Gana en aplicaciones que ninguno de esos dos puede alcanzar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El PET es transparente como el vidrio en espesores de pared normales. El poliestireno es claro y r\u00edgido pero fr\u00e1gil y de baja Tg. El PP clarificado sacrifica algo de claridad a cambio de dos propiedades que las alternativas no tienen: se autoclaviza a 121\u00b0C y m\u00e1s sin ablandarse, y tolera el llenado en caliente hasta aproximadamente 98\u00b0C (208\u00b0F).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es por eso que el PP de copol\u00edmero aleatorio con un clarificador termina en jeringas, componentes intravenosos, carcasas de dispositivos de diagn\u00f3stico y envases de alimentos para llenado en caliente. El PET no puede entrar en esas aplicaciones porque se deforma a la temperatura de llenado. El poliestireno no puede entrar porque se agrieta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El efecto del espesor de la pared importa en el dise\u00f1o del producto. Un envase para llevar moldeado con paredes de 0,3 mm de PP clarificado se ve casi transparente a simple vista. Los compradores que asumen que \u201cclarificado\u201d significa \u201ctransparente como el vidrio, tipo PET\u201d tienden a decepcionarse cuando llega la muestra de pared est\u00e1ndar. La referencia correcta es \u201clo suficientemente transparente para leer los detalles del producto a trav\u00e9s de la pared\u201d, no \u201cindistinguible del PET\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El RCP de grado claridad es una ranura en el cat\u00e1logo m\u00e1s amplio de <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/what-is-polypropylene-resin\/\">resina de polipropileno<\/a> , distinta de las ranuras de homopol\u00edmero y copol\u00edmero de impacto en la misma familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00f3nde la mayor\u00eda de las especificaciones subespecifican<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La trampa en una especificaci\u00f3n de PP claro es tratar el nombre del grado como la respuesta completa. El nombre del grado cubre la Palanca 1: la base de copol\u00edmero aleatorio. No dice nada sobre la Palanca 2, el paquete de aditivos clarificador, que el transformador o compounder controla por separado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dos piezas moldeadas del mismo grado de RCP pueden tener n\u00fameros de turbidez muy diferentes. La diferencia depende de si el clarificador es de clase Millad NX 8000, un sorbitol de generaci\u00f3n anterior o est\u00e1 ausente por completo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por lo tanto, una especificaci\u00f3n de PP transparente debe nombrar ambas palancas, no solo una. Escriba el <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/product-category\/synthetic-resin\/pp\/\">copol\u00edmero aleatorio base<\/a> y el sistema clarificador en la consulta, y solicite una placa de prueba con el espesor de pared real antes de cortar el molde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El COA cumple su funci\u00f3n aqu\u00ed, que es certificar el lote que se le envi\u00f3 contra el grado que orden\u00f3.
