No lo son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cadena est\u00e1 realizando dos trabajos completamente diferentes. En un caso, las unidades de etileno se dispersan individualmente a lo largo de una cadena principal de propileno en una sola fase. En el otro, una fase de caucho de etileno-propileno se dispersa dentro de una matriz que por lo dem\u00e1s es homopol\u00edmero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mismo mon\u00f3mero de entrada, materiales estructuralmente diferentes. La diferencia predice casi todo lo que lee en la l\u00ednea de propiedades de la hoja de datos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 significa \u201cCopol\u00edmero\u201d en una especificaci\u00f3n de grado de PP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"\/es\/product-category\/synthetic-resin\/pp\/\">Copol\u00edmero de polipropileno<\/a> es una cadena de polipropileno en la que se ha incorporado deliberadamente una peque\u00f1a cantidad de un segundo mon\u00f3mero \u2014casi siempre etileno\u2014 durante la polimerizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El homopol\u00edmero de PP comercial tiene un 85-95% de isotacticidad y un 30-60% de cristalinidad, con un punto de fusi\u00f3n en el rango de 160-166 \u00b0C. Los grupos metilo se sit\u00faan en el mismo lado de la cadena con la suficiente regularidad para que las cadenas se plieguen en dominios cristalinos compactos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La adici\u00f3n de comon\u00f3mero de etileno altera esa regularidad. Cu\u00e1nto la altera y d\u00f3nde se sit\u00faa el etileno define si la cadena se convierte en un copol\u00edmero aleatorio o en un copol\u00edmero de bloque\/de impacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La polimerizaci\u00f3n en masa limita el etileno a aproximadamente 5% en peso debido a los l\u00edmites de solubilidad en el reactor rico en propileno. Ese n\u00famero vale la pena recordarlo: cuando una ficha t\u00e9cnica llama a algo \u201cPP copol\u00edmero aleatorio\u201d, el contenido de etileno est\u00e1 en d\u00edgitos individuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las cargas m\u00e1s altas de etileno se encuentran en los grados heterof\u00e1sicos, que no se fabrican mediante una simple mezcla de cadenas, sino que necesitan un reactor de dos etapas. Hay una cadena y una fase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El trabajo estructural que el etileno realiza aqu\u00ed es alterar la cristalinidad. Cada unidad de etileno es un sitio defectuoso alrededor del cual las secuencias de propileno no pueden plegarse limpiamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cristalinidad total cae por debajo de la l\u00ednea base del homopol\u00edmero de 30-60%, el punto de fusi\u00f3n se desplaza hacia abajo y la resina se vuelve m\u00e1s transparente y m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de soldar. El fundido t\u00edpicamente se sit\u00faa en el rango de ~135-150 \u00b0C, ya que el etileno disperso interrumpe el empaquetamiento cristalino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ese intercambio es lo que convierte al copol\u00edmero aleatorio en la opci\u00f3n predeterminada para tuber\u00edas de agua caliente\/fr\u00eda con presi\u00f3n nominal. El PP-R clasificado seg\u00fan ASTM F2389 soporta 160 psi a 73 \u00b0F de forma continua y 100 psi a 180 \u00b0F (82 \u00b0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cristalinidad reducida proporciona la resistencia a la fluencia hidrost\u00e1tica a largo plazo m\u00e1s las soldaduras por fusi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica m\u00e1s limpias que la aplicaci\u00f3n necesita. El PP copol\u00edmero aleatorio para tuber\u00edas, como el PetroChina Dushanzi T4401, se encuentra en esta parte del mapa estructural: aproximadamente un 5% de etileno, MFI en d\u00edgitos bajos, soldable, certificado PP-R.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En toda la cartera m\u00e1s amplia de copol\u00edmeros aleatorios, los rangos de MFI van desde aproximadamente 2 a 24 g\/10 min, medidos seg\u00fan ASTM D1238 a 230 \u00b0C \/ 2.16 kg. Es un compuesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una matriz continua de homopol\u00edmero isot\u00e1ctico cristalino transporta dominios discretos de caucho amorfo de etileno-propileno (EPR) dispersos por todo el material. El EPR representa hasta el 20% en peso de la resina, y el contenido de etileno dentro de la fase EPR var\u00eda del 5 al 15%. Dos fases, un gr\u00e1nulo de resina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La matriz mantiene su cristalinidad de homopol\u00edmero, por lo que la rigidez y la resistencia al calor se conservan. El pico de fusi\u00f3n permanece en la banda similar al homopol\u00edmero de ~160-165 \u00b0C (TotalEnergies imprime 165 \u00b0C para sus grados heterof\u00e1sicos), a diferencia del Tm deprimido del copol\u00edmero aleatorio. Los dominios de caucho hacen algo completamente diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando llega una carga mec\u00e1nica repentina, las part\u00edculas de EPR cavitan y desencadenan una fluencia por cizallamiento en la matriz circundante. El resultado disipa la energ\u00eda de impacto que de otro modo se propagar\u00eda como una grieta fr\u00e1gil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Izod con muesca para los grados de copol\u00edmero de impacto suele oscilar entre 80 y 150 J\/m a 23 \u00b0C y entre 40 y 80 J\/m a -20 \u00b0C, muy por encima del umbral de fragilidad del homopol\u00edmero puro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mismo mon\u00f3mero de partida puede producir resultados de propiedades opuestos a trav\u00e9s de estas dos arquitecturas. El copol\u00edmero aleatorio reduce la cristalinidad en toda la cadena: se gana en transparencia y soldabilidad, con una p\u00e9rdida modesta de rigidez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El copol\u00edmero de impacto deja intacta la cristalinidad de la matriz y agrega una fase de caucho: rigidez intacta, tenacidad a baja temperatura a\u00f1adida. Izod con muesca superior a 50 J\/m a temperatura ambiente + separaci\u00f3n clara entre el m\u00f3dulo de flexi\u00f3n y la resistencia al impacto \u2192 copol\u00edmero de impacto. <a href=\"\/es\/what-is-clear-polypropylene\/\">El MFI indica el peso molecular, no la arquitectura: un copol\u00edmero aleatorio con MFI 2 y un copol\u00edmero de impacto con MFI 2 son resinas muy diferentes.<\/a> El contexto de la aplicaci\u00f3n generalmente aclara la ambig\u00fcedad antes de leer la l\u00ednea de arquitectura: accesorio de PP-R, botella transparente moldeada por soplado, pel\u00edcula BOPP \u2192 copol\u00edmero aleatorio. Caja de bater\u00eda, parachoques de autom\u00f3vil, caja de almacenamiento en fr\u00edo \u2192 copol\u00edmero de impacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El COA le da cuatro n\u00fameros; la hoja de especificaciones le da la ventana; la arquitectura de la cadena le dice qu\u00e9 esquina de la ventana es alcanzable. Mapear la cristalinidad, el contenido de etileno y la fracci\u00f3n de fase de caucho en una.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La densidad apenas se mueve entre subtipos. El copol\u00edmero aleatorio ronda los 0.90 g\/cm3 y el de impacto\/heterof\u00e1sico alrededor de 0.905 g\/cm3 (ASTM D792 \/ ISO 1183), ambos esencialmente la cifra del homopol\u00edmero de 0.905.
