Entre ellos polimerizan el etileno en todo el HDPE y el LLDPE. La clase tambi\u00e9n abarca otros catalizadores bien definidos que no son metalocenos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El polietileno de sitio \u00fanico tiene una distribuci\u00f3n de peso molecular estrecha con un solo pico. El LLDPE metaloceno se comercializa bajo la etiqueta <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/product\/mlldpe-ezp2005h\/\">mLLDPE<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 catalizador se utiliza para HDPE, LLDPE y LDPE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De los tres <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/what-is-polyethylene-resin\/\">tipos de polietileno<\/a>, el HDPE se fabrica con catalizadores de cromo Phillips y Ziegler-Natta y el LLDPE mayoritariamente con catalizadores Ziegler-Natta, ambos mediante polimerizaci\u00f3n catal\u00edtica a temperatura y presi\u00f3n comparativamente bajas. El LDPE se fabrica mediante polimerizaci\u00f3n por radicales libres a alta presi\u00f3n, sin catalizador. El residuo del catalizador Ziegler-Natta permanece en el polietileno: desde los catalizadores de alta actividad soportados en magnesio de principios de los a\u00f1os 1970, no se elimina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HDPE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El HDPE se fabrica con catalizadores de cromo Phillips y Ziegler-Natta. El HDPE de cromo es adecuado para envases moldeados por soplado, dep\u00f3sitos de combustible y tuber\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El HDPE bimodal, con dos picos de peso molecular, se fabrica operando reactores en serie o con dos catalizadores en un solo reactor. \u201cBimodal\u201d en una hoja de datos describe la distribuci\u00f3n de peso molecular que producen esos procesos; no nombra una familia de catalizadores separada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LLDPE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mayor parte del LLDPE se fabrica con catalizadores Ziegler-Natta soportados, y una parte menor con catalizadores metaloceno. Los catalizadores de cromo producen LLDPE solo en forma modificada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El LLDPE Ziegler-Natta y el metaloceno difieren en c\u00f3mo se distribuye el comon\u00f3mero.
