Ese \u00fanico paso es toda la diferencia, y las dos pel\u00edculas cumplen funciones opuestas \u2014 CPP sella, BOPP soporta impresi\u00f3n y rigidez.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 Es CPP<\/h2>\n<p>CPP es pel\u00edcula de polipropileno fundido \u2014 polipropileno fundido extruido a trav\u00e9s de una boquilla plana sobre un rodillo enfriado, recortado en los bordes y bobinado, sin paso de estiramiento en la l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPel\u00edcula de PP\u201d en una consulta es un t\u00e9rmino general y CPP es una ruta bajo \u00e9l: GCPP, MCPP y RCPP nombran las versiones de uso general, metalizable y retorta. La pel\u00edcula fundida se especifica en decenas a bajos cientos de micras.<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00e9 resina entra se decide capa por capa, y las <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/decide-between-three-main-grades-polypropylene-resin\/\">tres familias de PP<\/a> tienen grados de pel\u00edcula fundida. Una web de uso general corre con homopol\u00edmero a alrededor de 8 g\/10 min de \u00edndice de fluidez (230 \u00b0C \/ 2.16 kg, ISO 1133), mientras que los grados de copol\u00edmero aleatorio compran \u00f3ptica, suavidad y soldadura m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil. Los grados de retorta vendidos como RCPP se construyen sobre copol\u00edmeros de impacto, sin importar lo que sugiera el nombre.<\/p>\n<p>La cara de sellado es otra resina de nuevo: una estructura fundida se coextruye con una <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/product\/pp-tf1007\/\">piel de terpol\u00edmero o copol\u00edmero aleatorio de alto comon\u00f3mero<\/a> que comienza a sellar muy por debajo de la temperatura a la que el n\u00facleo se ablandar\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 Es BOPP<\/h2>\n<p>BOPP es pel\u00edcula de polipropileno biaxialmente orientado \u2014 una hoja fundida recalentada y estirada en la direcci\u00f3n de la m\u00e1quina y luego transversalmente, de modo que las cadenas se alinean en ambas direcciones. Una l\u00ednea de tenter toma los dos estiramientos en secuencia y es la ruta industrial com\u00fan; la ruta de doble burbuja estira ambas direcciones a la vez y va principalmente a pel\u00edcula retr\u00e1ctil y de envoltura.<\/p>\n<p>El n\u00facleo tiene que permanecer estirable, por lo que es un <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/product-category\/synthetic-resin\/pp\/\">polipropileno homopol\u00edmero<\/a> a alrededor de 3 g\/10 min de \u00edndice de fluidez (230 \u00b0C \/ 2.16 kg, ISO 1133), menor fluidez que los grados fundidos de uso general. El sellado proviene de una capa separada: una piel coextruida de terpol\u00edmero o copol\u00edmero en una o ambas caras, o un recubrimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Las familias de grados son variaciones superficiales sobre ese \u00fanico proceso: pel\u00edculas lisas, termosellables, mate, perladas, metalizadas, para etiquetas y cintas. Las cotizaciones y hojas de datos a menudo escriben OPP para la misma pel\u00edcula.<\/p>\n<h2>La Diferencia Entre CPP y BOPP<\/h2>\n<p>La diferencia es la orientaci\u00f3n, y cada propiedad a continuaci\u00f3n se deriva de ella. La pel\u00edcula fundida permanece suave y de alto calibre, lo que la hace adecuada para la cara de sellado. La pel\u00edcula orientada sale delgada, r\u00edgida y transparente, y soporta la impresi\u00f3n y la resistencia.<\/p>\n<h3>Termosellado<\/h3>\n<p>La ventaja de CPP en el sellado es la resistencia, y es grande. A 25 \u00b5m, el CPP sellable de un productor soporta una resistencia m\u00ednima de sellado de 1,800 g\/25 mm frente a 375 g\/25 mm para su BOPP termosellable \u2014 mismo laboratorio, mismo m\u00e9todo interno, mismo calibre.<\/p>\n<p>La temperatura de sellado no divide a los dos como suele contar el comercio. En esas mismas hojas la piel de sellado de BOPP comienza a sellar a 105 \u00b0C y el CPP est\u00e1ndar a 118 \u00b0C. El CPP de retorta sella solo desde 150 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<h3>Rigidez, Claridad y Barrera a la Humedad<\/h3>\n<p>A igual calibre la pel\u00edcula orientada lidera en rigidez, claridad y barrera a la humedad, y la pel\u00edcula fundida lidera en estiramiento. El alargamiento en rotura de la pel\u00edcula fundida es lo que el comercio llama vagamente su resistencia al desgarro y a la perforaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La afirmaci\u00f3n familiar de que el CPP es la mejor barrera a la humedad porque corre m\u00e1s grueso no se sostiene. El CPP m\u00e1s grueso en esa hoja, 80 \u00b5m, todav\u00eda transmite 7 g\/m\u00b2\/d\u00eda frente a 6.0 para BOPP a 25 \u00b5m; una capa sellante fundida a\u00f1ade barrera en proporci\u00f3n a su calibre y nada m\u00e1s. Ninguna de las dos pel\u00edculas es una barrera al ox\u00edgeno \u2014 una capa metalizada o de EVOH proporciona eso.<\/p>\n<p>Ambas pel\u00edculas llegan tratadas con corona a 38 dina\/cm, y el tratamiento se degrada en el rollo.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo Elegir La Correcta<\/h2>\n<p>En la mayor\u00eda de los envases flexibles no eliges una \u2014 especificas ambas. BOPP es la web exterior que soporta impresi\u00f3n, brillo y rigidez y CPP el sellante interior: BOPP\/CPP para productos secos, BOPP\/VMCPP donde el envase necesita una barrera ligera y al ox\u00edgeno, PET\/RCPP para retorta. El grado de sellante es entonces una cuesti\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea y el producto \u2014 temperatura de mordaza y tiempo de permanencia a velocidad de funcionamiento, y si el envase es de retorta o congelado.<\/p>\n<p>Una pel\u00edcula mono es correcta donde una de las dos funciones est\u00e1 ausente. BOPP solo va a cinta, etiquetas, envoltura y envoltura retorcida; CPP solo a bolsas de pan y productos, bolsas de prendas y trabajo de impresi\u00f3n directa.<\/p>\n<p>En costo, mant\u00e9n dos bases separadas. BOPP pasa por el paso de conversi\u00f3n extra, por lo que cuesta m\u00e1s por kilogramo convertido; ambas pel\u00edculas miden 0.91 g\/cc, por lo que cualquier ventaja de rendimiento que tenga BOPP proviene de correr m\u00e1s delgado a igual funci\u00f3n, no de pesar menos.<\/p>\n<p>La reciclabilidad es una propiedad de la estructura terminada. Un laminado BOPP\/CPP todo-PP se sit\u00faa en la caja compatible de ambas gu\u00edas de dise\u00f1o \u2014 RecyClass agrupa PP orientado y no orientado como un material, APR prefiere m\u00e1s de 90 % PP en peso \u2014 mientras que una capa de PET o foil lo saca de ambas.
