La banda de \u00edndice de fluidez publicada para ese servicio va desde 20 g\/10 min en el extremo suelto hasta 60-70 g\/10 min para las secciones de envasado m\u00e1s delgadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un grado de 55 g\/10 min se sit\u00faa dentro de cada versi\u00f3n de esa banda. Los contenedores con paredes inferiores a aproximadamente 0.025 pulg (aproximadamente 0.6 mm) funcionan en el extremo superior porque el frente de fusi\u00f3n debe alcanzar cada cavidad antes de que se congele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cifra de \u00edndice de fluidez es la mitad f\u00e1cil de la especificaci\u00f3n. La mitad m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil es lo que cada punto de ese flujo cost\u00f3 en peso molecular, y qu\u00e9 hace ese intercambio con cada otra columna de la ficha t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 \u00edndice de fluidez exige una pieza de pared delgada?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las piezas de inyecci\u00f3n de polipropileno de pared delgada exigen \u00edndices de fluidez entre 20 y 70 g\/10 min, medidos a 230 \u00b0C y 2.16 kg seg\u00fan ISO 1133 o ASTM D1238. La banda es amplia porque la pieza establece el n\u00famero: secci\u00f3n de pared, longitud de flujo, n\u00famero de cavidades y tiempo de ciclo lo empujan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las cifras publicadas discrepan. Una especificaci\u00f3n de un moldeador, fechada en 2020, exige 60-70 g\/10 min junto con un m\u00f3dulo de flexi\u00f3n superior a 1500 MPa. La pregunta se invierte: \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 se intercambi\u00f3 el flujo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El PP H9018 de PetroChina Lanzhou, un homopol\u00edmero a 55 g\/10 min, es la referencia de canal dentro de esa banda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfHomopol\u00edmero o copol\u00edmero de impacto para una secci\u00f3n de pared delgada?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un contenedor de envasado de alimentos de pared delgada es un trabajo de homopol\u00edmero. El homopol\u00edmero presenta mayor rigidez y mayor punto de reblandecimiento Vicat que un <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/decide-between-three-main-grades-polypropylene-resin\/\">copol\u00edmero de impacto<\/a> al mismo \u00edndice de fluidez, y una secci\u00f3n delgada necesita ambos porque la pared en s\u00ed no puede soportar la pieza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cambio a un copol\u00edmero de impacto ocurre cuando la pieza soporta cargas de ca\u00edda o impacto en fr\u00edo. La fase matriz del polipropileno tiene una transici\u00f3n v\u00edtrea entre -5 y +5 \u00b0C (Borealis, US 8,445,598 B2, 2013), por lo que un homopol\u00edmero ya est\u00e1 cerca de su rango fr\u00e1gil a temperatura de almac\u00e9n refrigerado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fase de caucho dispersa en un copol\u00edmero de impacto desplaza esa transici\u00f3n a entre -55 y -40 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contenedores, cajas de bater\u00edas, cubetas y paneles de carcasa que soportan cargas de ca\u00edda y golpes se sit\u00faan en el extremo del copol\u00edmero de impacto. El PP K8003, copol\u00edmero de impacto de PetroChina Dushanzi con MFR 2.5 g\/10 min e Izod 601.8 J\/m a 23 \u00b0C (69.7 J\/m a -20 \u00b0C), ancla ese extremo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 cuesta realmente comprar un alto \u00edndice de fluidez?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u00edndice de fluidez es una lectura inversa del peso molecular: a medida que las cadenas se acortan, el pol\u00edmero fluye m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente. Un grado nucleado dise\u00f1ado tanto para flujo como para impacto puede romper la pendiente mon\u00f3tona: el dise\u00f1o del grado, no solo el \u00edndice de fluidez, establece el impacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Braskem establece la proporcionalidad inversa entre MFR y resistencia al impacto \u201cen funci\u00f3n del peso molecular\u201d (US 11,396,592 B2, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dos rutas alcanzan un alto \u00edndice de fluidez, y no son la misma compra. La regulaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno durante la polimerizaci\u00f3n produce el flujo en el reactor. El visbreaking con per\u00f3xido lo produce cortando cadenas terminadas durante la extrusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Total Petrochemicals (US 7,772,338 B2, 2010) midi\u00f3 acetona a 38 ppm y terc-butanol a 29 ppm en una muestra visbroken de MFI-40, frente a no detectado en material hecho en reactor por debajo de un l\u00edmite de 0.5 ppm. El productor nombr\u00f3 el envasado de alimentos y retort como aplicaciones que esos subproductos pueden excluir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para un contenedor de alimentos de pared delgada, eso convierte un intercambio de materiales en una pregunta en la orden de compra: \u00bfqu\u00e9 ruta produjo este n\u00famero de \u00edndice de fluidez? Nada en una ficha t\u00e9cnica est\u00e1ndar lo responde. El comprador tiene que preguntar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 cifras de rigidez y reblandecimiento soportan una pared delgada?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El m\u00f3dulo de flexi\u00f3n y el l\u00edmite el\u00e1stico a tracci\u00f3n soportan una secci\u00f3n de pared delgada despu\u00e9s de que se abre el molde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/product\/pp-h9018\/\">PP H9018<\/a> publica un m\u00f3dulo de flexi\u00f3n de 1800 MPa y un l\u00edmite el\u00e1stico a tracci\u00f3n de 38.0 MPa, frente a un m\u00ednimo comercial de 1500 MPa. Los copol\u00edmeros de impacto de alto flujo dise\u00f1ados para Izod sin rotura a \u00edndices de fluidez superiores a 90 g\/10 min alcanzan 600-950 MPa (Braskem, US 11,396,592 B2, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esa brecha es por lo que un contenedor de pared delgada se compra por rigidez, no por impacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La temperatura de reblandecimiento Vicat gobierna la exposici\u00f3n a llenado en caliente y lavavajillas. H9018 publica 150 \u00b0C, pero Vicat viene en cuatro variantes est\u00e1ndar (ISO 306 \/ ASTM D1525) cuyas cargas difieren por un factor de cinco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una cifra de reblandecimiento sin su letra de m\u00e9todo no es una especificaci\u00f3n. ZwickRoell, que construye las m\u00e1quinas de prueba, afirma que los resultados \u201cno proporcionan informaci\u00f3n sobre las temperaturas m\u00e1ximas de operaci\u00f3n del producto final\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pregunte al proveedor qu\u00e9 m\u00e9todo Vicat produjo el n\u00famero en la TDS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 significan el \u00edndice isot\u00e1ctico y el contenido de cenizas para un grado de inyecci\u00f3n de PP?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u00edndice isot\u00e1ctico es una declaraci\u00f3n de cristalinidad. Los datos de patente de Braskem America (US 7,714,070 B2, 2010) lo dicen directamente: la isotacticidad y los solubles en xileno est\u00e1n inversamente relacionados y juntos determinan la cristalinidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los pares medidos muestran 2.9% de solubles en xileno con 58.7% de cristalinidad y 1.73% con 61.9%. La alta cristalinidad es lo que hace r\u00edgida una secci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La variaci\u00f3n de lote a lote en el \u00edndice isot\u00e1ctico mueve la rigidez, el comportamiento de fusi\u00f3n y la estabilidad dimensional juntos en una herramienta de m\u00faltiples cavidades. H9018 publica un \u00edndice isot\u00e1ctico de 97.0%, en el extremo superior del rango que la literatura de patentes apunta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El contenido de cenizas cuenta una historia diferente. Una prueba de cenizas quema el pol\u00edmero por encima de 500 \u00b0C y pesa el residuo (ISO 3451 \/ ASTM D2584). Por debajo del 1%, el residuo son aditivos y restos del sistema catalizador, no relleno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H9018 publica cenizas limitadas a 0.4%, lo cual es un techo. K8003 publica 0.0277%, lo cual es una medici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un techo le dice al comprador lo que el peor lote podr\u00eda contener. Una medici\u00f3n le dice al comprador lo que realmente lleg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un c\u00f3digo de grado por s\u00ed solo no fija el material. K8003 es un c\u00f3digo comercial compartido publicado por PetroChina Dushanzi, Formosa (TAIRIPRO K8003, MFI 3 g\/10 min, Izod 588 J\/m), Shanghai SECCO y Sinopec. El c\u00f3digo sin un productor y una planta no es una <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/product-category\/synthetic-resin\/pp\/\">copol\u00edmero aleatorio<\/a> especificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lo que la hoja de datos deja abierto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El COA da cuatro n\u00fameros, la hoja de especificaciones da la ventana, y la aplicaci\u00f3n indica qu\u00e9 esquina de la ventana necesita realmente la pieza. Antes de liberar un pedido de contenedor, exija tres respuestas que la hoja de datos omite: el productor y la planta, la ruta de producci\u00f3n detr\u00e1s del n\u00famero de flujo de fusi\u00f3n, y el m\u00e9todo Vicat detr\u00e1s de la cifra de ablandamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esas tres preguntas no cuestan nada hacerlas y protegen al comprador de descubrir las respuestas en el piso de moldeo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una pared delgada no perdona nada.
