Una reporta Izod con muesca a 115,1 J\/m, la otra un m\u00ednimo Charpy de 40 kJ\/m\u00b2. Dividir una energ\u00eda entre una longitud y dividirla entre un \u00e1rea no produce la misma cantidad, por lo que ninguna aritm\u00e9tica convierte una cifra en la otra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El grado a\u00fan debe llenar una trayectoria de flujo larga, mantener su forma bajo su propio peso despu\u00e9s de la eyecci\u00f3n y soportar cualquier temperatura que la pieza ensamblada vea en servicio. El \u00edndice de fluidez, el equilibrio rigidez-impacto y el m\u00e9todo de ensayo detr\u00e1s del valor de impacto son las propiedades de la hoja de datos que deciden el grado, le\u00eddas en ese orden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 \u00edndice de fluidez necesita un copol\u00edmero de impacto para secciones gruesas?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/decide-between-three-main-grades-polypropylene-resin\/\">copol\u00edmero de impacto<\/a> La relaci\u00f3n longitud de flujo-espesor de pared de una pieza establece la banda de fluidez que la resina debe proporcionar. El polipropileno sin relleno alcanza aproximadamente 250:1 como gu\u00eda de planificaci\u00f3n. Una carga de ensayo diferente sobre la misma resina da un n\u00famero diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PetroChina Dushanzi <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/product\/pp-k9928h\/\">PP K9928H<\/a> se sit\u00faa en MFR 28,8 g\/10 min y est\u00e1 posicionado para espesores de pared superiores a 3 mm (barril 160-240 \u00b0C, fundido 190-220 \u00b0C). PetroChina Lanzhou PP EP531N tiene 20-25 g\/10 min y se dirige a fascias de parachoques, sustratos de molduras de puertas y soportes de panel de instrumentos. Los grados de envasado de pared delgada elevan el MFR por encima de 50 g\/10 min, un entorno de dise\u00f1o diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comprar m\u00e1s fluidez generalmente cuesta rendimiento de impacto. En la gama de ICP de ExxonMobil de 2017 para Asia Pac\u00edfico, el Izod con muesca a 23 \u00b0C cay\u00f3 de sin rotura a MFR 4 g\/10 min a 72 J\/m a MFR 30. Un copol\u00edmero de impacto que mantiene la tenacidad a alto flujo es un logro de formulaci\u00f3n, no un ajuste de dial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo se compensan la rigidez y la tenacidad del copol\u00edmero de impacto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El m\u00f3dulo de flexi\u00f3n (ISO 178) y el impacto con muesca se sit\u00faan en extremos opuestos de una palanca de dise\u00f1o dentro del grado, no en una escalera de calidad fija. Dos grados de ExxonMobil al mismo MFR de 30 g\/10 min en la gama de 2017 lo ilustran: uno muestra 993 MPa de m\u00f3dulo de flexi\u00f3n con Izod sin rotura, el otro 1.310 MPa con 72 J\/m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esa palanca es lo que hace que la brecha entre K9928H a 1,32 GPa de m\u00f3dulo de flexi\u00f3n y 23,6 MPa de l\u00edmite el\u00e1stico en tracci\u00f3n, frente a <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/product\/pp-ep531n\/\">PP EP531N<\/a> un m\u00ednimo de 800 MPa, sea significativa en lugar de una clasificaci\u00f3n de calidad. Las cifras de K9928H son valores t\u00edpicos medidos. Las de EP531N son m\u00ednimos garantizados bajo su est\u00e1ndar interno de productor Q\/SY LS0305-2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ExxonMobil declara la convenci\u00f3n en la cara de su propia gama de grados: \u201cLos valores dados son t\u00edpicos y no deben interpretarse como especificaciones\u201d. Clasificar un valor t\u00edpico frente a un m\u00ednimo compara una medici\u00f3n con una promesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 dos cifras de impacto de polipropileno pueden no ser comparables<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ASTM D256 e ISO 179 dividen la energ\u00eda de impacto absorbida por diferentes dimensiones de probeta y reportan diferentes cantidades f\u00edsicas. Una cifra de Izod en J\/m y una cifra de Charpy en kJ\/m\u00b2 no pueden clasificarse entre s\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las dos escalas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ASTM D256 divide la energ\u00eda absorbida por el espesor de la probeta y reporta J\/m en una barra de 64 x 12,7 x 3,2 mm. ISO 179 refiere la energ\u00eda absorbida al \u00e1rea de la secci\u00f3n transversal en la muesca y reporta kJ\/m\u00b2. ISO 10350-1:2017 existe porque los datos de hojas de datos de diferentes fuentes no son necesariamente comparables incluso cuando se us\u00f3 el mismo ensayo est\u00e1ndar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K9928H publica Izod con muesca a 115,1 J\/m (23 \u00b0C) y 63,5 J\/m (-20 \u00b0C), medido bajo el est\u00e1ndar interno de PetroChina Q\/SY DS 0517. EP531N publica un m\u00ednimo de impacto Charpy de 40 kJ\/m\u00b2 a 23 \u00b0C bajo Q\/SY LS0305-2017. Las dos cifras se sit\u00faan en escalas diferentes, frente a geometr\u00edas de probeta diferentes, y son tipos diferentes de promesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La puerta de subcero<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solo K9928H publica una temperatura por debajo de la ambiente en su columna de impacto. Las especificaciones automotrices t\u00edpicamente exigen un Charpy con muesca a -30 \u00b0C seg\u00fan ISO 179\/1eA, una designaci\u00f3n que codifica el tipo de probeta, la direcci\u00f3n del golpe y la forma de la muesca. Los productores s\u00ed publican impacto a subcero, pero a menudo en una escala diferente, como impacto de dardo de ca\u00edda Gardner en julios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si una hoja de datos guarda silencio por debajo de la temperatura ambiente, el comprador debe solicitar el ensayo a la temperatura y geometr\u00eda que la pieza realmente ve. Una cifra a 23 \u00b0C por s\u00ed sola no predice d\u00f3nde se sit\u00faa la transici\u00f3n fr\u00e1gil-d\u00factil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 a\u00f1ade una pieza automotriz m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la mec\u00e1nica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El olor de cabina y las emisiones de COV son requisitos especificados en los grados de <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/product-category\/synthetic-resin\/pp\/\">polipropileno copol\u00edmero de impacto<\/a> , no extras opcionales. EP531N se comercializa como un grado de bajo olor precisamente por esta raz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las cifras de color y limpieza deciden si una pieza puede moldearse en un color claro sin postprocesado. K9928H publica un \u00edndice de amarillo de -3,6 y cenizas de 0,0278%, ambos ajustando la ventana de pigmentos permitida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EP531N especifica el tama\u00f1o de pellet en 2-5 mm con un recuento de defectos de 10 piezas\/kg o menos seg\u00fan SH\/T 1541-2006. En una inyecci\u00f3n grande, un solo pellet degradado marca la superficie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 debe mostrar la TDS de un copol\u00edmero de impacto antes de realizar un pedido<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La TDS debe nombrar al productor, la planta, el m\u00e9todo de ensayo y la condici\u00f3n detr\u00e1s de cada cifra, y si cada n\u00famero es un valor t\u00edpico o un l\u00edmite de especificaci\u00f3n. Un c\u00f3digo de grado por s\u00ed solo no fija el material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K9928H es producido por PetroChina en la planta de Dushanzi en una l\u00ednea de lecho agitado horizontal en fase gaseosa Innovene. EP531N se produce en la planta de Lanzhou en una l\u00ednea Spheripol-II de doble bucle m\u00e1s una sola fase gaseosa. Misma empresa matriz, diferentes procesos, diferentes est\u00e1ndares internos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de liberar un pedido de contenedor completo, exija:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El productor Y la planta, no solo la marca<\/li>\n<li>Si cada cifra publicada es un valor t\u00edpico o un l\u00edmite de especificaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>El m\u00e9todo de ensayo, la geometr\u00eda de la probeta, el tipo de entalla y la temperatura de ensayo detr\u00e1s de cada n\u00famero de impacto<\/li>\n<li>La norma interna del productor a la que el proveedor est\u00e1 contractualmente obligado (Q\/SY DS112-2017 para K9928H, Q\/SY LS0305-2017 para EP531N)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El COA le da cuatro n\u00fameros; la hoja de especificaciones le da la ventana; la aplicaci\u00f3n le dice qu\u00e9 esquina de la ventana realmente necesita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00f3nde fallan las comparaciones de fichas t\u00e9cnicas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El error com\u00fan es leer dos cifras de impacto como si estuvieran en la misma escala. Un comprador que compara 115,1 J\/m contra 40 kJ\/m\u00b2 est\u00e1 comparando una medici\u00f3n con una garant\u00eda, en dos geometr\u00edas de probeta, bajo dos normas de productor, y a una sola temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El grado que muestra el n\u00famero m\u00e1s grande puede ser el material m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil a la temperatura que la pieza realmente debe soportar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comience con el \u00edndice de fluidez y el espesor de pared.
