Solo uno de esos dos eventos es una obligaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los instrumentos de la UE adoptados sobre esta sustancia llevan tres fechas de aplicaci\u00f3n diferentes y tres funciones diferentes. Para un comprador industrial, vinculan dos canales de producto y ning\u00fan otro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno es poner en el mercado una mezcla al l\u00edmite gen\u00e9rico de 0,3% o superior para suministro al p\u00fablico en general. El otro es el uso en productos cosm\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cualquier otro lugar, la entrada del grupo Repr. 1B cambia la etiqueta, la ficha de datos de seguridad y la respuesta del cuestionario, no el permiso para vender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo el \u00c1cido 2-Etilhexanoico y Sus Sales Llegaron a Portar Repr. 1B<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Reglamento Delegado (UE) 2022\/692 de la Comisi\u00f3n, la 18.\u00aa adaptaci\u00f3n del CLP al progreso t\u00e9cnico, sustituy\u00f3 la entrada del anexo VI para el \u00e1cido 2-etilhexanoico y sus sales por Repr. 1B y H360D. El art\u00edculo 2 de dicho reglamento establece que se aplicar\u00e1 a partir del 23 de noviembre de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El l\u00edmite de concentraci\u00f3n espec\u00edfico que se hab\u00eda aplicado al \u00e1cido y sus sales, 4,5%, dio paso al l\u00edmite gen\u00e9rico para Repr. 1B de 0,3%. La entrada lo es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 Restringen Realmente REACH y CLP para el \u00c1cido 2-Etilhexanoico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">REACH restringe un solo canal a nivel del \u00e1cido, y CLP no restringe ninguno: fija la clasificaci\u00f3n, la etiqueta y la ficha de datos de seguridad que acompa\u00f1an al material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La entrada 30 del anexo XVII proh\u00edbe poner en el mercado el \u00e1cido y sus sales, o usarlos, \u201cpara suministro al p\u00fablico en general\u201d a una concentraci\u00f3n igual o superior al l\u00edmite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Instrumento<\/th><th>Qu\u00e9 vincula<\/th><th>Se aplica desde<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Entrada 607-230-00-6 del anexo VI del CLP (Reg. La entrada 30 recurre al l\u00edmite gen\u00e9rico del CLP siempre que el anexo VI no establezca uno espec\u00edfico, y 607-230-00-6 no establece ninguno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nota 12 hace aditiva la prueba de clasificaci\u00f3n. Una formulaci\u00f3n con 0,15% de \u00e1cido libre m\u00e1s 0,2% de 2-etilhexanoato met\u00e1lico se sit\u00faa en 0,35% y se clasifica, aunque ning\u00fan componente alcance 0,3% por s\u00ed solo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La p\u00e1gina de reemplazo de octoato de Umicore dice a los compradores que \u201cse han impuesto restricciones estrictas a su uso en aplicaciones de consumo y profesionales\u201d. Un <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/2-eha-engine-coolant\/\">concentrado de refrigerante de motor<\/a> en un estante minorista cruza hacia el suministro al p\u00fablico en general; los secantes de pintura, los catalizadores de poliuretano y los estabilizadores de calor de PVC vendidos a la industria no lo hacen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La protecci\u00f3n de los trabajadores y las obligaciones de comunicaci\u00f3n aguas abajo siguen la clasificaci\u00f3n Repr. 1B independientemente del canal de venta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfViaja la Entrada del \u00c1cido 2-Etilhexanoico a Sus Sales?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La clasificaci\u00f3n alcanza a cada 2-etilhexanoato que produce una planta, porque la entrada del anexo VI cubre \u201c\u00e1cido 2-etilhexanoico y sus sales, con excepci\u00f3n de las especificadas en otro lugar de este anexo\u201d. La \u00fanica salida es una sal con su propia entrada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nota X, a\u00f1adida por el Reglamento (UE) 2023\/1434, explica por qu\u00e9 viaja. La clasificaci\u00f3n del grupo se basa solo en las propiedades comunes a cada miembro de la entrada, que aqu\u00ed es la fracci\u00f3n de 2-etilhexanoato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El metal es la parte no com\u00fan, que la nota X exige evaluar por separado para una categor\u00eda superior o un alcance m\u00e1s amplio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Probar una sal requiere una consulta en la parte 3 del anexo VI: una sal con su propio n\u00famero de \u00edndice se rige por esa entrada, una sin \u00e9l por la del \u00e1cido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El bis(2-etilhexanoato) de dibutilesta\u00f1o es el caso trabajado, con su propio \u00edndice 050-032-00-4 y CAS 2781-10-4. El Reglamento (UE) 2023\/1132 lo incluy\u00f3 en el ap\u00e9ndice 6 por separado, debido al esta\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El bis(2-etilhexanoato) de cobalto, CAS 136-52-7, no est\u00e1 entre esas sales nombradas por separado, lo que apunta de nuevo a la entrada del grupo. Un productor de <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/metal-octoates\/\">octoatos met\u00e1licos<\/a> tambi\u00e9n deber\u00eda leer la nota A, que exige el nombre correcto en la etiqueta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 Usos del \u00c1cido 2-Etilhexanoico Est\u00e1n Realmente Restringidos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los cosm\u00e9ticos y los secantes de cobalto son los dos usos donde la presi\u00f3n es real, y solo los cosm\u00e9ticos eliminan la opci\u00f3n. El Reglamento (UE) 2023\/1490 ampli\u00f3 la entrada 1024 de la lista de prohibidos del Reglamento de cosm\u00e9ticos para cubrir las sales a partir del 1 de diciembre de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No se aplica ning\u00fan umbral y no existe ninguna exenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para los secantes, la presi\u00f3n proviene del \u00e1cido m\u00e1s que del metal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Carboxilato de cobalto<\/th><th>CAS<\/th><th>Clasificaci\u00f3n armonizada<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Bis(2-etilhexanoato) de cobalto<\/td><td>136-52-7<\/td><td>Repr. 1B, H360D<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00c1cido neodecanoico, sal de cobalto<\/td><td>27253-31-2<\/td><td>ninguna<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00c1cido este\u00e1rico, sal de cobalto<\/td><td>13586-84-0<\/td><td>ninguna<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Propionato de cobalto(2+)<\/td><td>1560-69-6<\/td><td>ninguna<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cambiar un secante de cobalto de 2-etilhexanoato a neodecanoato elimina una clasificaci\u00f3n armonizada del producto terminado. Esa ganancia es real y se decide en el \u00e1cido, aunque el neodecanoato se env\u00eda con autoclacificaci\u00f3n STOT RE 1; H372.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La restricci\u00f3n m\u00e1s citada como causante de ese cambio se cerr\u00f3 hace a\u00f1os. Los registros de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea muestran que el proceso sobre sulfato de cobalto, dicloruro, dinitrato, carbonato y di(acetato) termin\u00f3 por decisi\u00f3n del 8 de abril de 2022. Ninguno de esos cinco es un secante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Umicore, que vende los reemplazos, los llama \u201cno reemplazos directos sencillos\u201d porque las cadenas m\u00e1s largas llevan menos metal por kilo de sal. Pregunte a un <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/product\/2-ethylhexanoic-acid\/\">\u00e1cido 2-etilhexanoico<\/a> proveedor sobre el estado de registro y la base del ensayo por escrito antes de recalificar cualquier cosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo juzgar la pr\u00f3xima afirmaci\u00f3n de sustituci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haga tres preguntas a la pr\u00f3xima afirmaci\u00f3n de sustituci\u00f3n que le llegue. \u00bfQui\u00e9n la public\u00f3 y qu\u00e9 venden?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 canal alcanza realmente el instrumento que citan y desde qu\u00e9 fecha se aplica?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dos afirmaciones en circulaci\u00f3n sobreviven a esas tres preguntas.
