La opacidad, la resistencia al impacto en fr\u00edo y la ca\u00edda de rigidez frente al homopol\u00edmero se remontan a esa morfolog\u00eda bif\u00e1sica, no a ninguna arquitectura de bloque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 es realmente la estructura heterof\u00e1sica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El polipropileno copol\u00edmero en bloque (de impacto) es una resina heterof\u00e1sica: una matriz continua de homopol\u00edmero de PP isot\u00e1ctico con una fase discontinua de caucho de etileno-propileno (EPR) dispersa en su interior como part\u00edculas discretas, t\u00edpicamente de 2-4 \u00b5m de di\u00e1metro. Los dominios de caucho son de donde proviene el comportamiento al impacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La composici\u00f3n se sit\u00faa en una ventana predecible: la fase de caucho dispersa suele estar en o por encima del 35% en peso de la resina, el etileno total en todo el gr\u00e1nulo alrededor del 5-15% en peso. Dentro del propio caucho, el etileno oscila entre el 38-65% en peso, lo que mantiene esa fase blanda y amorfa en lugar de cristalizar en polietileno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta construcci\u00f3n se fabrica en reactor, no se mezcla \u2014 la matriz se forma primero, luego el etileno y el propileno se copolimerizan en la fase de caucho en un <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/copolymer-polypropylene-manufacturing-process\/\">segundo reactor en fase gaseosa<\/a> que hace crecer los dominios de EPR en su lugar. El resultado es un compuesto a escala molecular: armaz\u00f3n r\u00edgido, inclusiones de caucho, un gr\u00e1nulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 no es un verdadero copol\u00edmero en bloque<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u201cbloque\u201d en el nombre es una etiqueta de conveniencia, no una declaraci\u00f3n sobre la cadena. Un verdadero di-bloque secuencial requiere polimerizaci\u00f3n viva \u2014 crecimiento de cadena \u201csin interrupci\u00f3n permanente\u201d, por lo que el catalizador deposita un bloque de propileno, luego un bloque de etileno, sobre una cadena principal continua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El PP de impacto fabricado en reactor no cumple ese est\u00e1ndar: su fase de caucho es una poblaci\u00f3n separada de cadenas, no un bloque injertado en la matriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nomenclatura regulatoria lo deja claro sin rodeos. El inventario de contacto con alimentos de la FDA enumera \u201cpol\u00edmero en bloque de propileno-etileno\u201d, \u201ccopol\u00edmero de etileno-propileno\u201d y \u201cpoli(eteno-co-1-propeno)\u201d como alias intercambiables para una sustancia, CAS 9010-79-1. Cuando un regulador trata \u201cpol\u00edmero en bloque\u201d y \u201ccopol\u00edmero\u201d como una sola entrada, \u201cbloque\u201d es un nombre comercial, no una arquitectura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existe una peque\u00f1a cantidad de car\u00e1cter de bloque genuino en el l\u00edmite de la fase \u2014 secuencias cortas de PP-EP que compatibilizan la matriz y el caucho para que los dominios no se separen. Pero el comportamiento general est\u00e1 gobernado por la fase de caucho dispersa, no por las cadenas interfaciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La divisi\u00f3n es la l\u00ednea de separaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s clara en la <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/what-is-copolymer-polypropylene\/\">familia de polipropileno copol\u00edmero<\/a>: el copol\u00edmero aleatorio coloca el comon\u00f3mero en una sola cadena, mientras que el copol\u00edmero de impacto mantiene dos fases separadas. Lea la morfolog\u00eda, no el nombre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 la fase de caucho lo hace opaco<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"\/es\/product-category\/synthetic-resin\/pp\/\">El copol\u00edmero de impacto<\/a> es transl\u00facido a opaco porque sus dos fases tienen \u00edndices de refracci\u00f3n desiguales, por lo que la luz se dispersa en cada l\u00edmite entre la matriz de PP y un dominio de caucho EPR. El copol\u00edmero aleatorio es \u00f3pticamente claro porque permanece como una fase homog\u00e9nea \u2014 un solo \u00edndice de refracci\u00f3n, nada contra lo que dispersarse. Los dominios de caucho que le dan al copol\u00edmero de impacto su tenacidad son los mismos que destruyen su claridad: la claridad necesita una fase, la tenacidad necesita dos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si una pieza debe ser clara, el copol\u00edmero de impacto es el subtipo incorrecto, sin importar lo bueno que parezca su n\u00famero Izod \u2014 opte por el copol\u00edmero aleatorio o el homopol\u00edmero clarificado y acepte la menor tenacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 sobrevive al impacto en fr\u00edo que agrieta el PP homopol\u00edmero<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fase de caucho permanece elastom\u00e9rica en el fr\u00edo porque su transici\u00f3n v\u00edtrea se sit\u00faa cerca de -50 \u00b0C, muy por debajo del punto de aproximadamente 0 \u00b0C donde el PP homopol\u00edmero recto se vuelve quebradizo. En un estudio controlado de iPP\/EPR, el Izod con muesca subi\u00f3 de 175 J\/m\u00b2 a 627 J\/m\u00b2 \u2014 aproximadamente 3.5 veces m\u00e1s resistente \u2014 a medida que se optimizaba la fase de caucho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esa tenacidad no es gratuita. El mismo estudio muestra que el m\u00f3dulo de flexi\u00f3n cae de 1080 MPa a 897 MPa a medida que aumenta el impacto \u2014 m\u00e1s caucho compra resistencia al impacto en fr\u00edo y cede rigidez, punto por punto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El PP homopol\u00edmero no tiene fase de caucho para cavitar, por lo que <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/what-is-homopolymer-polypropylene\/\">por debajo de 0 \u00b0C se agrieta<\/a> donde el copol\u00edmero de impacto se flexiona. Es por eso que una caja de almacenamiento en fr\u00edo, un parachoques manipulado en invierno o una carcasa de bater\u00eda en un compartimento sin calefacci\u00f3n se <a href=\"\/es\/product\/pp-k8003\/\">especifica en copol\u00edmero de impacto<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leyendo la hoja de especificaciones de un grado de copol\u00edmero de impacto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuatro n\u00fameros llevan la mayor parte de una ficha t\u00e9cnica de copol\u00edmero de impacto, y el Izod a temperatura ambiente es el que enga\u00f1a \u2014 un valor a 23 \u00b0C por s\u00ed solo no separar\u00e1 esta resina de un homopol\u00edmero resistente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contenido de caucho \/ etileno (% en peso)<\/strong> \u2014 gobierna cu\u00e1nto impacto en fr\u00edo gana y cu\u00e1nta rigidez sacrifica; m\u00e1s caucho significa m\u00e1s tenacidad, menos rigidez.<\/li>\n<li><strong>MFR \/ MFI (g\/10min, ASTM D1238)<\/strong> \u2014 flujo y procesamiento, desde aproximadamente 2 hasta 50-100 despu\u00e9s del visbreaking. Indica el peso molecular, no la tenacidad \u2014 un grado de 2-MFR y uno de 20-MFR pueden tener fases de caucho id\u00e9nticas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Izod con muesca a baja temperatura (J\/m, ASTM D256)<\/strong> \u2014 el valor que realmente predice el comportamiento en fr\u00edo. Lea el n\u00famero a -20 \u00b0C, no solo a 23 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00f3dulo de flexi\u00f3n (MPa, ASTM D790)<\/strong> \u2014 rigidez residual, t\u00edpicamente 758-882 MPa para grados de alto impacto, por debajo del homopol\u00edmero porque el caucho ablanda el conjunto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esos n\u00fameros apuntan a un conjunto de aplicaciones consistente: parachoques automotrices, molduras interiores y cajas de bater\u00edas; cajones para almacenamiento en fr\u00edo y envases retornables para transporte; carcasas de electrodom\u00e9sticos; cubetas de pintura; y cierres resistentes a ca\u00eddas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El suministro de copol\u00edmero de impacto en China pasa por los mismos tres canales principales que el resto de la gama de PP \u2014 Sinopec, PetroChina incluyendo Dushanzi, y CNOOC. Cuando una pieza necesita m\u00e1s tenacidad de la que proporciona el caucho en la resina, se puede dosificar un modificador de impacto externo como un POE en el compounder \u2014 un mecanismo diferente, no el caucho en la resina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comparar el contenido de caucho, el MFR y el Izod a baja temperatura con <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/decide-between-three-main-grades-polypropylene-resin\/\">la decisi\u00f3n entre homopol\u00edmero, random y de impacto<\/a> es la elecci\u00f3n real del grado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 Significa Esto Cuando Lo Adquieres<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lee \u201ccopol\u00edmero en bloque\u201d como una resina bif\u00e1sica, no una descripci\u00f3n de cadena. La l\u00ednea de contenido de caucho y el Izod a baja temperatura te dicen m\u00e1s sobre c\u00f3mo se comporta la pieza de lo que jam\u00e1s dir\u00e1 el nombre comercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La morfolog\u00eda es la especificaci\u00f3n: una matriz r\u00edgida de PP que contiene dominios blandos de EPR, opaca porque esos dominios dispersan la luz y tenaz en fr\u00edo porque cavitan cerca de -50 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La trampa es tratar el copol\u00edmero de impacto como un sustituto directo que te da todo lo que tiene el homopol\u00edmero m\u00e1s tenacidad.
