Te dice que la cadena est\u00e1 construida a partir de un solo mon\u00f3mero \u2014 solo propileno, sin comon\u00f3mero que interrumpa la regularidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esa regularidad es toda la historia. La cadena de solo propileno se empaqueta en alta cristalinidad, y esa misma cristalinidad es la fuente tanto de la rigidez y resistencia al calor que deseas como de la fragilidad al impacto en fr\u00edo que debes considerar en el dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 significa \u201cHomopol\u00edmero\u201d en una especificaci\u00f3n de grado de PP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"\/es\/product-category\/synthetic-resin\/pp\/\">Polipropileno homopol\u00edmero<\/a> es polipropileno polimerizado a partir de un solo mon\u00f3mero \u2014 propileno, sin a\u00f1adir un segundo comon\u00f3mero a la cadena. Esa estructura de un solo mon\u00f3mero permite que los grupos metilo se sit\u00faen regularmente en el mismo lado de la cadena principal, haciendo que la cadena sea altamente isot\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La alta isotacticidad impulsa una alta cristalinidad. Los grados comerciales de homopol\u00edmero tienen aproximadamente un 60-70% de cristalinidad, y los grados m\u00e1s ordenados superan el 75%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las cadenas se pliegan en lamelas cristalinas compactas porque nada interrumpe la secuencia de propileno. El m\u00f3dulo de flexi\u00f3n \u2014 el n\u00famero que indica qu\u00e9 tan r\u00edgida se siente la pieza \u2014 se sit\u00faa en 117-172 MPa seg\u00fan ISO 178, por encima de cualquier grado de copol\u00edmero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La absorci\u00f3n de agua es del 0.01-0.03% en 24 horas (ASTM D570), efectivamente cero \u2014 el homopol\u00edmero mantiene la estabilidad dimensional en servicio h\u00famedo donde un pol\u00edmero higrosc\u00f3pico como el nailon se hinchar\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La resistencia al calor es una historia de dos n\u00fameros, y leer solo uno de ellos lleva a errores en las piezas. Bajo carga ligera (0.45 MPa), la temperatura de deflexi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica alcanza 107-121 \u00b0C; bajo carga estructural (1.80 MPa) baja a 49-60 \u00b0C (ASTM D648 \/ ISO 75).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una caja de homopol\u00edmero mantiene su forma cerca del agua hirviendo cuando nada la presiona, pero comienza a deformarse muy por debajo de 70 \u00b0C una vez que la cargas. El punto de fusi\u00f3n m\u00e1ximo se sit\u00faa alrededor de 160-165 \u00b0C \u2014 el \u201crango\u201d m\u00e1s amplio de 210-290 \u00b0C en algunas hojas incluye descomposici\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica, no la Tm real, as\u00ed que no lo leas como un l\u00edmite de servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos rangos son amplios a prop\u00f3sito. El MFI mueve el peso molecular a trav\u00e9s de esa ventana para fibra versus inyecci\u00f3n, pero no mueve la arquitectura \u2014 un homopol\u00edmero de 2 MFI y uno de 35 MFI son la misma cadena a diferentes longitudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 el PP homopol\u00edmero se vuelve fr\u00e1gil por debajo de 0 \u00b0C<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La misma cristalinidad que proporciona la rigidez y resistencia al calor es la causa directa de la debilidad definitoria del homopol\u00edmero \u2014 se vuelve fr\u00e1gil en impacto en fr\u00edo. La temperatura de transici\u00f3n v\u00edtrea (Tg) ronda los 0 \u00b0C, y por debajo de ella los segmentos de cadena amorfos pierden movilidad y el pol\u00edmero se vuelve v\u00edtreo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las lamelas cristalinas densas le dan a una grieta un camino limpio y aerodin\u00e1mico para propagarse. El impacto Izod con muesca para homopol\u00edmero oscila entre 21-75 J\/m a temperatura ambiente (ASTM D256 \/ ISO 180) \u2014 y disminuye a\u00fan m\u00e1s a medida que baja la temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fragilidad al impacto en fr\u00edo es la raz\u00f3n por la que el homopol\u00edmero es la elecci\u00f3n incorrecta para una pieza de compartimento de congelador o cualquier componente de servicio en fr\u00edo que reciba un golpe. \u201cFuerte\u201d es cierto para carga de tracci\u00f3n est\u00e1tica; no es cierto para impacto, y los dos modos de falla divergen bruscamente por debajo de 0 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La alta cristalinidad tambi\u00e9n hace que el homopol\u00edmero sea m\u00e1s opaco que el copol\u00edmero aleatorio. Las mismas esferulitas cristalinas grandes y bien formadas que rigidizan la pieza dispersan la luz, por lo que una pel\u00edcula de homopol\u00edmero sin modificar se ve m\u00e1s turbia que una de RCP. Las piezas que buscan claridad \u00f3ptica se mueven a <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/what-is-clear-polypropylene\/\">grados de polipropileno transparente<\/a> construidos sobre copol\u00edmero aleatorio m\u00e1s un clarificador, no sobre homopol\u00edmero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00f3nde encaja el polipropileno homopol\u00edmero<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La rigidez, capacidad de estiramiento y bajo costo del homopol\u00edmero lo convierten en el caballo de batalla para monofilamento, bolsas tejidas y cinta para FIBC, fibra y no tejido, y moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n r\u00edgido general \u2014 aplicaciones donde el impacto por debajo del punto de congelaci\u00f3n no es la funci\u00f3n. La alta cristalinidad que perjudica el rendimiento al impacto en fr\u00edo es exactamente lo que permite que una cinta o filamento se estire hasta alta tenacidad sin formar cuellos de manera desigual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los grados de homopol\u00edmero como PetroChina T30S son el caballo de batalla para monofilamento y rafia, estirados en bolsas tejidas, respaldo de alfombras, geotextiles, cordeles para pacas y cuerdas \u2014 lugares donde la rigidez y el estiramiento limpio importan m\u00e1s que el impacto. Para el segmento de bolsas tejidas y cinta para FIBC, un homopol\u00edmero clase S1003 realiza el mismo trabajo con buena elasticidad para extrusi\u00f3n de cinta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La extrusi\u00f3n de fibra y spunbond no tejido se ejecuta en <a href=\"\/es\/product\/pp-s2025\/\">un homopol\u00edmero como S2025<\/a>, donde el estiramiento consistente a alta velocidad de l\u00ednea define el segmento. Los grados de homopol\u00edmero con MFI m\u00e1s alto cubren inyecci\u00f3n general y tapas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una advertencia que atrapa a los compradores: el MFI solo no te dice si un grado se estirar\u00e1 limpiamente \u2014 tambi\u00e9n necesitas datos de distribuci\u00f3n de peso molecular. Dos grados de homopol\u00edmero con el mismo MFI pueden comportarse de manera diferente en monofilamento porque la distribuci\u00f3n gobierna el comportamiento de estiramiento, por lo que el segmento de aplicaci\u00f3n, no solo el MFI, elige el grado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo se diferencia el homopol\u00edmero del copol\u00edmero de un vistazo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El homopol\u00edmero lidera en rigidez, resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n y resistencia al calor debido a su alta cristalinidad, pero el copol\u00edmero lo supera en tenacidad al impacto y claridad porque un comon\u00f3mero interrumpe deliberadamente esa cristalinidad. El n\u00famero m\u00e1s claro que prueba la brecha es el Izod con muesca: el homopol\u00edmero se sit\u00faa en 21-75 J\/m, mientras que los grados de copol\u00edmero oscilan entre 59-747 J\/m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esa diferencia es la raz\u00f3n por la que \u201cel homopol\u00edmero es m\u00e1s resistente\u201d solo se cumple bajo carga est\u00e1tica. Un copol\u00edmero aleatorio dispersa etileno a lo largo de la cadena para agrandar las zonas amorfas que absorben impactos; un copol\u00edmero de impacto dispersa una fase de caucho dentro de una matriz de homopol\u00edmero para hacer el mismo trabajo sin perder rigidez de la matriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando tu pieza recibe un golpe en fr\u00edo, necesita soldarse limpiamente o debe ser transparente, las concesiones entre fragilidad y opacidad te se\u00f1alan hacia el <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/what-is-copolymer-polypropylene\/\">lado del copol\u00edmero en la binaria<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elegir entre homopol\u00edmero, copol\u00edmero aleatorio y copol\u00edmero de impacto es una decisi\u00f3n de abastecimiento independiente con su propia cuadr\u00edcula de grados, que la <a href=\"https:\/\/bastone-petrochem.com\/es\/decide-between-three-main-grades-polypropylene-resin\/\">gu\u00eda de selecci\u00f3n de tres grados<\/a> recorre familia por familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lo que Esto Significa en la Pr\u00e1ctica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pr\u00f3xima vez que \u201chomopol\u00edmero\u201d aparezca en una especificaci\u00f3n o cotizaci\u00f3n, podr\u00e1s deducir la mayor parte de la resina a partir de esa sola palabra. Implica alta cristalinidad, densidad cercana a 0.905 y resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n en el rango bajo de 40 MPa. La resistencia al calor se divide entre 49-60 \u00b0C con carga y 107-121 \u00b0C sin carga, y el Izod con muesca te advierte contra cualquier pieza para impacto en fr\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La trampa est\u00e1 en la palabra \u201cm\u00e1s resistente\u201d.
